I used the following combo and went from 500 arena points to six path

X gnw shino x(leach)
Azure x(kiba clone) kimmimaro
X gnw kiba x( leach )

Heal for mastery and standard, chakra blade, nuerotoxin , poison tai
Summon= gamakichi or however you spell purple toad ( repulse to knockdown)

First turn not much gonna happen and leaches should help soak up damage. By the way make sure you move kiba last into place to put his clone in the middle.
Round two is most important, wait and see what they will do. You could risk and go for the knockdown with shino but if they are faster you can lose it all on this turn. I usually wait and see who they target and use either kiba or shino dependent on who is not controlled. I heal on this turn to wipe debuffs if there are any.
Turn 3- poison is spreading and now with kimmimaro in first turn position I use his ult on my primary target, usually for a kill and more poison spreading. Usually it's easy from here on .
