If you just started playing Naruto Online, you can either join an old server in hopes you play with a high populated server but won't be able to be competitive compared to other players on the server unless you willing to drop thousands of dollars just to catch up OR start on a new server and be competitive there. Some people have even started on a random server just so they can learn how to play and switch to newest one available to them.
