  • Is there a chance we can reset the Sage treasure to get Minato frags 30-40% discount? So far I have only got 20% discount.

Get more keys to refresh the treasure but its a random chance to get a ninja and at a certain discount and you'll remove the discount and ninja from appearing in the list of ninjas/items you can get for the time period. So if you use one key to refresh, that 20% minato will be gone from the list and the list is replaced with something better or worse.
