OP should be more specific about which Minato is he talking about...cause we had jonin in boxes and hokage minato this week in lucky stars...Jonin Minato as I saw and heard from other people dropped 3 times...but this 2 days hokage minato dropped over 200 times - just a number but in one server there were 18 pulls for hokage minato and on mine 5 but still its amazing how many people will have him by the end of the week.
