As far as I've seen, people only get Hashirama, someone on my server got Hashirama twice in 1500 mission boxes, and people on other servers I play also got Hashi, no one that I know of has gotten Minato from the mission box so far.
Which is fine by me, as a free player I would kill to have Hashirama, Minato wouldn't serve much purpose for me right now other than to look cool.

OP should be more specific about which Minato is he talking about...cause we had jonin in boxes and hokage minato this week in lucky stars...Jonin Minato as I saw and heard from other people dropped 3 times...but this 2 days hokage minato dropped over 200 times - just a number but in one server there were 18 pulls for hokage minato and on mine 5 but still its amazing how many people will have him by the end of the week.
