I had Hashirama 4 star before this event. Within opening 150 boxes I got another 160 frags. Either the drop rate is weird or I was insanely lucky this week, but my group and I all noticed you don't get an announcement on the server when I pulled my fragments, so make sure you pay attention and you might get a nice surprise. No sign of Minato though.

Dumb luck, since there was a guy who got 2500? (event feedback thread) boxes and didnt get any ninja. Personally havent seen any ninja on my merge server either.

Sounds about right. My group didn't believe me until I showed them my new skillbook'd Hashirama, due to the lack of announcements.
