Hi I was just wondering If Hashirama Senju was able to be obtained at 400 pulls, I know it was like this in the past but people have said it has changed and well I wasn't able to find any definitive proof of that but I still want to be 100% certain rather than just be disappointed when I waist 300 seal scrolls.
