If your issue is not being able to put rainbow magatamas on your equipment, you need to get a piece of equipment to charm level 3 to unlock the first rainbow maga slot, and as seen your picture, that piece of equipment is only level 2. If the issue is that you can't use charms runes on your equipment to increase their charm level at all, then that's a real problem and I feel for you /:

Yeah it's unable to level up my charms that is the problem :c

That message popped up when my mouse was over the upgrade *on :c

FYI: his problem is that it shows that he have 1 charm remaining. Yet the *on to upgrade is greyed out.

Wasn't charms based on rune stones or something? Do you have rune stones equipped on that character by any chance?

Is the problem still persisting?

Can you please screenshot the charm within your inventory?

Come to find out Tobei, you do have to have runes in your gear to level up your charms. This would had been great info to have when Charms were first posted on the forum of how they work, if it was posted then I'm blind, thanks for the help :)
