Healing tips, isn't a buff, is an aura, like wb asuma boost or like anbu special tactics leaching effect, so doesn't get removed by han or similar cleaners.

  • is Han mystery removes pains passive buffs? Like Chikoshudo ninjutsu boost?

If the buff says: 'grants for 1/2/3/4/5 rounds effect x' then gets removed. if the buff says: 'as long as the barrier/ninja is on the field you get the effect y' then is not removed.
