What version of the game is still on 1.0?

Anyway, while I still had nothing but pretty basic characters and SN was the rarest thing I had, this ended up being my favorite team for quite awhile.

Very effective against a lot of stuff, if the team doesn't work on 1.0 then I apologize, but unless my memory is really bad, it should still work, the idea is to stack poison via SN and the others and he c*so combo into chakra blade on not only his standard but also his mystery, so you can keep a frontliner or a major threat chaosed on Round 2 and if that fails, they'll probably die from all the poison pretty quickly. You can overcome some pretty hefty level and power gaps if the enemy team cant heal off the poison.

EDIT: Oh my bad, you listed the available MCs, I highly, highly suggest getting access to Water MC as soon as possible then.
