I use a similar build. Except I don't have Iruka. I do seem to have many other advantages though.

1. panda goes in front of main.
2. main goes in first position.
3. more protection from debuffs which might interfere with combo.

I use:
1. first turn: animal pain mystery
2. second turn: main uses chidori blade on a target with very high priority.
3. third turn: gai kills or interrupts, depending on situation.

As a free user, I'm about 4th in power and 1st in survival, sage battle, and 9 tails on my server.
