most of my tactics page are level two. which of them should i focus spending my coupons on to get to level 5

Or you focus on a single one and bring it to level 5 or you bring two to level 4. Personally speaking i chose the second option and brought both sun move and ghost kill tactics to level 4. The idea was to have a more offensive one and a more defensive one to choose among depending on the lineups and enemies.
