Opinion : The guy above did not get any frags after topping up 49k inggots.

Reasoning : With the current system people might think that they don't have chance to get ninja fragments.

let's calculate:

49000 inggots / 20 = 2450 gift box

let's say the drop rate is at 0.01%. Correct me if I'm wrong please:

0.01% X 2450 = you must have 24.5% chance to get them

but if the drop rate is 0.001

therefore

0.001% x 2450 = 2.45% chance to get them.

If my guess is correct you need 100,000 giftbox to get them 100%

OASIS doesn't publish their drop rates because according to TOBEI it's a company decision, therefore, unless they publish their drop rate don't rely on getting those ninjas from boxes.

Suggestions : Publish drop rates of each ninja from box to avoid unnecessary hate and outrage from forums. Also please DON't delete this post. This is a suggestion that might help the company grow.

Opinion : 9600 ingots for 12 Susano'o Itachi fragments might seem a little much don't you think? And the drop-rate is extremely low on the wheel as well.

Reasoning : If players are willing to invest a specific amount of money in the game, they definitely should receive an equal amount of treatment / reward back. This game is completely a fishing game that fishes player's money after the developers drastically lowered the chance of receiving better rewards from the events due to greed. (For Ex. Crazy Slot Machine). If you'd like your company to grow, you should treat your customers honestly, not trying to deceive and jack money off them. "Naruto" is meant to give players joy, not making them spend cash and get them even more disappointed from the ridiculous rewards given.

Suggestion: Be honest to your customers, regardless of them being a paying player or not.
