I think the point here is that 40k inggots is a LOT OF MONEY. And this isn't a lotto. We are customers who invest in a game. So for this guy to invest 40k inggots into a game, it should be OBVIOUS that he should receive what he's going for. This doesn't even have to do with laws or drop rates anymore, common human decency dictates it. You can't expect for a guy who spent that much money to just be okay with it if you give him the explanation of "it's a lottery. It's probability. You should have spent it on a guaranteed thing."
