Opinion : The drop rate of first hokage and minato fragments are weird
Reasoning : I spent about 31000 ingots buying mission boxes but there's no any minato&hashirama frags
Suggestions : Refund or mail the ninja fragments
updated: I recharge 18000 ingots (totally 49k) more and exchange everything but still ain't get any NINJA FRAGMENTS!!!! WT.............
All im gonna say is in the past ninjas drop rates from giftboxes have been 0% so i doubt that has changed. Tho somehow theres always a few low lvls in every server who get lucky and get one everyone else gets a thumb in their bum. Theres a first time for everything so from now on dont bother with luck ba
