The one in rebate (where you can recruit from ANY treasure) are fake

Edit: by real I mean regular, normal, perm ones. fake are the limited ones that doesn't count toward the rebate.

In theory, you can get the 300 rebate with just 264 scroll to begin with, as you will get 36 rebate for the first 200 which will help you complete it.
