im playing on a new server its the 3rd day today. im lv39

in the monthly event what would be the best choice for me to spend the points?

basic refine runes,common cloth,common thread or purification rune?

and for the mission general mobilization im buying only charm material packs.

medium refines/medium threads and 2 seal scroll each week. Dont bother buying basic level items, they are easily obtained through SA, free stuff from events, gnw packs or in ranked shop. This game is a synonym to waiting game, the faster you start to stack higher quality items, the more it will benefit you in a long run.

Looks like we back in pre-Aristeaus era, no monthly plans, no daily events at 22.00, no true answers about SA etc...
