Yep, if you shield him with gakido or sb 4th mystery he becomes uninterruptible like mifune with root of warrior.

They still can get acupunctured and and interrupted though.

No, if you are immune to debuffs and immune to interruptions you can't be interrupted in any way. Try to give to roshi bee sst mystery or to use mifune with root of warrior, you'll see no chase or direct mystery with incapacitating debuffs will stop them. I've tried it a ton of times, with roshi bee earth main gaara kk lineup this fact and no ao, itachi susano'o or masked man mystery stopped me.
