I'd say to move Hashirama to spot 1 so the barrier is up before anyone else takes action. You should also use Hurricane Jutsu mystery. Id also use Wind Style Enhancement and Queen's Momentum. The clones don't do enough damage and they take too long to attack and even with just the wind main Queen's Momentum increases her damage. Also use the Pig summons. I find the chameleon only does around 75% of the damage i get from the pig.

If you're going for the highest numbers possible you should retreat at the end of round 3 and then get right back in the battle.
