To balance in SWB, give them exp according to how many points and win streaks they earn. That at least should stop lever freezer.

I've been thinking about it for so long. When my friend played on his lvl 80's acc. SWB was just over crowded with level freezer.

He could just stand still with "Title" on his head to intimidate other players and no one would attack him, then he just waited and sweeped those who had win streaks for easy points.
