arena need changes. it needs to reward peoples who reach highers ranks properly. not just reward the 1% that got overpowered/broken ninja like sailor sakura,ay . its bull* to say *reach maximum rank(be the best ever spender)* so you can get the lower ranks rewards..... ffs its ranked arena. *ranked* someone reach a rank. u reward him.thats it. how stingy can oasis be.
It's not a matter of balance, The ruling clearly states and it's been that way since the release of Arena Rewards.
Your opinion on what you classify as "OP" remains just that, your opinion.
As Luka already stated, it's not a bug. Make sure to read the ruling and adjust to its settings. It'll make it easier on you.
