Anbu Kakashi Skills

Mystery - Essentialy it damages a straight column cause paralysis and repulse to the selected enemy (Non prompt)(2 round cooldown )

Standard - Attacks any opponent at random

Chase - Attacks a repulsed and causes high float , triggered upto 3 times

Passive 1- Increases crit rate by 30% and Concealment upto two units (In concealment the ninjas cannot be selected as targets for mystery)

Passive 2 - Causes 30% more damge to non- konoha ninjas and acupuncture on a crit.

Troy skills

Mystery- Cause paralysis , immobile and low float to a selected enemy . If the enemy is already paralyzed change cooldown to 1 (prompt) (cooldown 4 turn)

Standard - Attacks front enemy , chance 0f 10 combo and repulse

Chase - Chase low float , cause repulse and paralysis

Passive 1- Generate shield of 20% resistance on two lightning characters , Triggered upto two times per round.

Passive 2 - Probably means whichever lightning character has shield give a buff to them of 20% nin and attack.

Cost of anbu kakashi is essentially 2400 coupons which is quite cheap. Cost of Troy is unknown to me.
