To be honest i really dont know the rates but i can tell you that after 9k coupon yes you read that right 9000... i didnt get a single ninja ... not one .. now i didnt count how many lucky packs i had.. probably 80-100 .. but not one ninja. So its hard to tell how much is it even for the other ninjas as well. But i heard people were getting sakura in like 5-10 packs so my account is really unlucky like srsly unlucky cause 1200 pulls in kage treasure not a single super rare... yeah
The problem is that we can not know if there are hidden limitations in those packs. Something like: 'no more pulls after the first pull of the server in a day' or: 'after the first pull for that day there won't be any more pulls within next 2000 packs in the server'. The lack of transparency is a serious problem here since we are playing a game where the dealer can cheat as much ad he wants and we have no ways to know it.
