Not a bug, should've claimed it on the 31st.

I couldn't bcz the calendar instantly changed fking auto sign in...

If you had the Jonin Medal prior to 31st you would have been able to claim your reward.

However, if you missed the opportunely, that's strictly on you.

From the looks of things, you've logged in on the 31st, however, missed your chance to claim the reward. Yes, owning a Jonin medal automatically checks the box, however claiming the reward has to be done manually. From what I'm seeing, you missed that opportunely.

It's 20 coupons per day ac*ulating 3600 coupons.

Noticed how when it's claimed, there are checks?

If you didn't click "claim" and didn't receive the check marks, you missed out on your rewards. Also if the calendar changed, it also means that you came in last minute.

Like I've stated to you, Jonin Medal does not automatically give you the reward. You have to manually click. Jonin medal only provides the automatic checking.
