  • If you had the Jonin Medal prior to 31st you would have been able to claim your reward.

    However, if you missed the opportunely, that's strictly on you.

    From the looks of things, you've logged in on the 31st, however, missed your chance to claim the reward. Yes, owning a Jonin medal automatically checks the box, however claiming the reward has to be done manually. From what I'm seeing, you missed that opportunely.
