As of right now Summon Contract is nothing more than a cosmetic pet that follows you. So if you're planning on getting it, you can try or wait until we get the function of summons in battle.

Sadly, I read this after already getting it.

On the bright side, I only had to do 1 x10 spin, so didnt lose that much.

Still triggered that it is only visual thing, i thought it was the activate summon in battle thing

It will be the activation in battle I believe, just not right now. As you see we still don't have the fourth slot unlocked yet so, one they unlock it we should have the summons available.

Well right now, the contracting scroll is just cosmetic. I'm not positive if it's tied to the summon skill or not, as we don't have that slot unlocked as of yet.

He is right. Summons that you c*e as pets have the blue text "new summon function" above it. These do nothing but follow you around.

Then there are battle summons that activate upon using your main's mystery. These currently have a "coming soon" text over it.


The summon on the left is your battle summon, the one on the right is your chase summon.

You can obtain battle summons by upgrading the hexagons and upgrading with purple essence. These cost about 560 group points in CN atm.
