Remember, Barriers are not considered Buffs.

So basically han's mystery can only remove buffs like iruka's passive buff? I wanna know what other buffs he can remove as well. Ty.

Han mystery, like mifune's, sand dust, cee's, etc. DO NOT remove the 40% boost from the barrier. Or better say, they remove it but gets instantly refreshed by the permanence of the barrier. Barriers are actually buffs that are casted before every action as many times as the number of actions used in the round that last for one single action only and is the reason why the removal of the barrier remove the buff too, because if the barrier isn't up it doesn't get cast before the following action.
