I just tested it and I can still use the Orbs of Vitality.
Edit: Ill ask someone from the team as to when the claim date for the advance refine runes is.

I apologize for this incident. I also spent a lot of resources on the 29th thinking it would be the last day for this event but I too gut burned, not that it helps though. But rest assured that the next time when events like these exists, I will try to be as definite as possible. Again, I really do apologize about this.

oh.. 2 moderators have contradicting print screens. earlier in exvvius PS it stated that at august 30th while yours at august 31st. you two moderators must talk on whoever is right coz the normal players is confused.
