  • No he does with his passive that does a little damage, Sailor can increase her attack and heal herself while Roshi can increase his defense and ninjutsu. I know he doesn't have heal boost anymore


No because Kabuto's "Human Experiment" passive only applies to curse mark ninjas and Sailor aint curse mark.
