I don't think anyone here is asking for anything rare but just asking for more common ninjas that can be added into the elite missions like Dosu, kid obito, Saskue [chunin exams finals] Garra [chunin exams] Emma, put that cat in there, Kakashi [zabuza sword] Susano Itachi, Kazuku, Hidan, and some others would be all be fine to the level 80 and 90 elite missions.
