I was doing Survival today. During the 1st turn, I summoned opponent's Lightning main to my side and got his lightning buffs, which lasts for 5 rounds (there was an animation of arrows going up). In the 3rd turn, I made a mistake and accidentally summoned Lightning again, and to my surprise, that same animation happened. I wasnt able to examine the damage because the remaining ninjas from the other camp were so close to death that the repulse damage took them all out and it was my last checking point.
So I want to ask: does what happened above means that Lightning's buff from the 2nd clone stacks even when the 1st's buff hasnt worn off yet.? Because as i remember, the same buffs dont stack. Or does that mean I got an extention on how long that lightning buff lasts?.
Hi!! The same buff unfortunately does not stack in that situation. It just really extended the period of time the buff is active. The reasoning is that the passive is only active when the ninja is on the field. If the first lightning main clone with passive was replaced by the second lightning main clone (made by Yagura), then the first lightning main's passive ceases to exist.

I think you are mistaking Lightning's aura buff with his temporary buff, Jib. Lightning's elemental buff is a temporary buff and in theory, it should last even if the clone is killed. But then again, same buffs dont stack. So it is kinda confusing
I tried again today, and it seemed that my damage does increase after resummoning a Lightning clone. This one has Warrior's intent buff however. Worked on Iruka and Hashirama' clones as well. But just to be sure, i'll do some more tests.
Thank you all. this deos open up some interesting gameplay for me.
Jiburiru I had used Yagura to copy a Lightning Main which summoned a Clone, after the copy of the Lightning Main stayed the Clone it created remained, Then I copied the LM again which summoned a 2nd clone is this a bug or? O_o
This happens to all ninja with cloning technique. Use the technique on Fire/Water/Wind mains will give the same result. It probably because the game doesnt consider the Yagura clone as 'killed' when it was replaced, thus doesnt dispel its clone when a new Yagura's clone is summon?
Until announced otherwise, I think we should treat it as a game mechanic for Wagura. ^^
