So in the End it wasn't really a "bug" just another part of the patch nobody told them about, or they didn't feel the need to inform the community?
For what its worth s422 Dancing Weapon = no chases. Only rotate puzzle and dice, leave chase alone please(well only if you can =p).
We were caught surprised as every single one of you.
Hence why I was under the impression that it was a bug.
My apologies, I'll be speaking with our team, that way if anything, they'll be able to convince our developers of the decision.
As I'm a player myself, it affects not just paying customers, but the overall community. Some few us with negativity and others with positivity and know we're trying to be as helpful as possible.

As I told the people who speak regularly to staff members on Discord, I'll be in talks with the people higher up and egg them on about possible changes to something as important as Chase Missions.
Hopefully, my words can conduct some changes.
@Tobei: In the events that you cant convince them to keep Chase Missions out of the rorating cycle, could you ask them to buff the rewards in lucky throw? More specificlly, remove those Dango and Ramens and BBQs and replace them with something more useful, like Mood Scrolls or Nin/Res/Life/Rainbow mags or Stamina potions.

Also, officially, Chase Missions are a part of the rotation.
Once again, I'm terribly sorry for this decision, but it's something our developers chose for our version of the game. I don't inherently agree with it and neither do a lot of the community (Staff included), however, there is a meeting in place to discuss quite a lot of these decisions to hopefully shed some light on community feedback.
Now I'll be closing this thread as most posts after my initial post was completely and utterly nonimportant.
