In my opinion, Darui

1-Auto Barrier, doesn't use 20 chakra points to set it up, plus he gets an extra attack with it, plus it buffs water. Sasuke would only be able to counter this if he set up his barrier, which is harder to do, and more pricey. But Sasuke's barrier isn't a field buff, it's just your team.

2-Paralysis, Darui is AMAZING when it comes to this. 7 unit paralysis for 40 chakra, plus good damage, sasuke may be able to hit 12 for 40, with paralysis, but that's only with skillbooks, plus he needs his barrier active for it to work. Darui also has a 3 unit paralysis chase if you can get a 10 hit on.
