If you don't have a kage rare yet, I'd suggest that.

Get a rare from Kage, then go to one of the Jinchuriki teams. I think that's the general strategy when it comes to treasures now.

well a barrier Ninja from kage would be nice actually but if you have plans like going for Roshi/Han etc save your seals

let's say roshi will take 200, if you will draw, draw all 200 at once, don't draw them 10 by 10 because until you get 200 seals they might add a better Ninja than Roshi xD

so it totally depends on what kind of a team you want

Roshi won't disappear from metas neither in 4.0, so no will still be useful for the whole next year.

Getting Roshi/han first while you have vanilla ninjas and ninjas you can get from elite instances isn't helpful compared to getting a pre-3.0 team that has a kage team.

i assumed he had a normal team with himself contains some rares if he doesn't have sure you are right he needs to get a rare first. i just said it about if he plans to go for a süper rare lol
