The information we've gathered is directly from them (Devs). It's our job (In the literal sense) to inform you on the matter.

Personally, I don't know the exact % of the drop rate, however, it has dropped and I can account for it. It's extremely low considering it only happened once.

"Proof?" Unfortunately, I don't have it, at the same time, I also don't care enough to provide it. Sounds harsh but I rather am completely open about it.

And yes, the devs are being drilled about this to increase the rate of it. Give it time, it'll be improved
