The issue is the mindset of these players not looking for solutions but only want oasis to change. Just like with the "power first" conversations on the forums, you have people asking why people with higher powers are their sage brackets but fail to mention that they leveled to fast via plot instances and don't have enough power compared to those who understand the game.

Just like what kurami said, figure out when the plunderers on your server are active and do your convoys when they're aren't active. The convoy/plunder system won't have any big changes to satisfy the type of player you are since the China server is little different than ours but not as much.
