No no, is not so. They actually reflect two effects. I've sadly experienced my water main that got both acupuncture and poison reflected back, but i think they have to happen at the same time so if a chase or a specific effect apply two debuffs at the same time they both get reflected, otherwise no.

Tbh, I don't know if it can reflect multiple at once. But I never said it couldn't.

He said: "skill worked 2 times", which means two activation of unknown number of debuff each.

I said "works once per turn", I never said a word about how many effects on that once.

Given the way the ability is worded, specifically it says reflect the first debuffs, plural on debuffs, it is possible that the first application of debuffs, no matter how many(will need something that can apply 3 at once to know for sure), can be reflected in a bundle. But it would not reflect multiple separate applications
