Hey, uh, can I get some clarification as to why this is happening to my account? To the best of my knowledge, I haven't broken any game rules, so what's going on?

(Whelp I can't seem to put the pic in, but there's like a blue box that reads "Login: This account is blocked." which appears when the loading screen is at 100%)
