Hi! Once you guys get the Summon Snake, you will obtain it permanently. The summon snake does get hungry for Chakra though and will need to be fed regularly to be strong. The Summon Snake also provides you with bonus attribute which is also dependent on the amount of chakra level the snake has. However, having chakra go to 0 does not mean you lose the Summon Snake, so not to worry!
