We don't know any rates, that's the core problem from the beginning. 7 spins per person isn't a viable statisic, that being said I personally haven't noticed any changes in myoboku wheel, got 1x lv5, 3x tactics and 3x lv2; on another server 1x lv5, 1x8gengetsu,1x tactics and 4x lv2. Some events improve, some events get worse the next time they are here. For example great plates event improved after its debut (possibility to buy keys for cp, not ingots only). With such small ammount of participations it's hard to say whether rates on certain pools were changed or not. I'm leaning towards Waifuu's opinion, propably bad rng streak.
