I think that most if not all ninja are obtainable in the long run, but servers seem to die off so fast that you pretty much have to spend if you want to get a bunch of great ninja and enjoy them.

Most characters are obtainable given time. Of course there are some exceptions like Hokage Tsunade etc.

Though I'm doing fine with the free nontreasure ninja though.

5th Hokage Tsunade is not an exception, your could have gotten 4 free frags of her from last mission obilization event.

Don't forget before that she was available in the raman event for anniversary

(Both were way too expensive)

Still its possible to piece her in 1 year if she keeps coming out in events.

Of course you never know, Oasis probably has some statistic graphs that shows them how many players has 40, 50, 60, 70 frags of her.

When you get close they can troll you and remove her from events lol...

In this version it will never be free overtime because they keep changing events and removing ninja..for example cursed hidan removed from luckyboard etc but in china they have given out edo hiruzen every 2 weeks for the past 6 months+

Hi! There are actually a number of ways to obtain ninjas including "event only" ninjas. As time passes, events cycle through the different ninjas that are available as well as in many cases reducing the price of those ninjas. Although not every event is the most favorable when it comes to getting ninja fragments, you c*ways find events that offer the ninja fragments you want at a reduced price. It does take some time, but it is certainly possible to obtain =]

There was an event where hokage tsunade was actually purchasable with coupons, costed something like 34000 coupons. The problem is that a f2p won't ever have 34000 coupons.

I agree with that. Oasis should at least keep some of the same ninjas in the events for a few months or so. If not, like you said, it will never be free overtime and would take a long time, maybe even a year to get the good ninjas for free.

I think the game gives plenty of free coupons to help contribute to F2P gaining the P2W ninjas, it's a long game sure but in the end you're still going to get what the P2W have. As a F2P you really have to practice patience with this game.

Unfortunately, some don't, which is sad. If only people realize what features would be added in the future by looking what the original server (China) has, it is worth playing and having patience as they will eventually get the event ninjas we current have on our server.

If we see hokage tsunade in one more event where you can get her via coupons, it means they have stopped relying on her for milking p2w players and begin on focusing milking another ninja. It doesn't mean she won't stop being an ingot only ninja but only in certain events like recharge.

Patience does take a big part in this game, however, sadly not all the events give out plenty of free coupons and the materials to get P2W ninjas.

actually u mean increase price of most ninjas since that was the case for the most part , rarely have we seen a reduction in price for most of them ( closest example that comes to mind was Rasa - anniversary event 80 fragments total cost 8800 cp / ingots , last event he was in total cost for 80 fragments - 14600 cp / ingots , also sailor sakura usually at 3200 cp / ingots , last event she was on sale at 5600 cp / ingots )

i think the pricing is absurd, but i think this is a whale game, the high paying player scarry the game by themselves, and low spenders are irrelevant, this is how chinese games normally work

I have seen this many times. The prices of certain ninjas have actually increased. I believe for one of the events in the past, ( I don't really remember , but it might be Total Spending Rebate,) you had to spend 20,000 ingots to get Ay [Fourth Raikage] which is around $400. (although you do get other smaller rewards for that)

As was said earlier, not every event is the most favorable when it comes to recruiting ninja fragments. Each event will have their advantages and disadvantages and we as players take the opportunity to make the most out of the ones that are most advantageous. Sometimes, if an event is not the most favorable for a ninja fragment that you want, I would take advantage of other features and wait for the next event when ninja fragments are worth the coupons/ingots.

Edit: Remember, there is more to the game than just one type of Ninja fragment; sometimes there are other advantages from an event that isn't easily seen but could be taken advantage of. For example, I was trying to obtain the "Summer Break" Costume, but in the process, I was able to complete my Tendo recruitment (gained 5 fragments from Konoha Tree), as well as complete my Jonin Minato recruitment (gained like 40 fragments from Time Limited Shop). Remember, make use of the events and look for stackability.

The game in general is overpriced. As OP said I understand the game has to make money but the pricing is greedy, especially when you compare us to across the pond. I maintain that if the pricing of everything was halved they would make more more because recharging would make more sense. I can't tell you how many times I was going to recharge and then decided against it because "its not enough money to make a difference" anyway.

The way the pricing in this game is designed currently "milk every possible cent out of those that do recharge" instead of trying to encourage people that don't recharge often or don't recharge at all to do so. There is no incentive to recharge when if you want it to make a real difference you need to recharge $1000 or more.

True, right now they are trying to milk masked man and jonin minato before they decrease the price by a little bit.

Yes, you can get a few frags of so called rare ninjas in events but you will behind in refines and other power related items.

The point is, as a f2p, you are not supposed to get it. It is exclusive to payers. Yes, you are able to save 10-15k coupons for jonin, obito, or hidan but you are still behind power.
