Has anyone noticed that their rates changed a lot or is it just me?
I swear they used to have it so that SN frags dropped like 1 in 10 keys or something and recently I spent 1k on keys looking for 40% adv refines which I didn't find btw... bs.
Saying that in those 1k I don't remember getting 1 SN frag, mostly puri runes.
The % disc rates that are decent seem to have dropped as well...
Thoughts?
