Our notice has People due Legendary GNW Packs, Ninja war times and directs any questions and issues to our leader (Myself) - that said it would be great if the notice showed up in CHAT when someone logged in since unless you open the group window (and actively look at it) it's very easy to miss a notice update or the notice itself all together.
