To be clear, currently interrupt DOES wait on skill cast in the SAME ROUND. But it does not wait beyond the start of a round.
You wish to have interrupt wait indefinitely for a skill cast, potentially never casting it in the entire 10 round of battle if for some reason the enemy never cast a mystery?
Is not so, it actually waits for the end of the following first round fraction, not for the first round as a whole, in the sense that waits for the following standard attack to apply it since the moment you go on auto, so, on full autobattles, like spacetime, where also the enemy side use mysteries as soon as possible they actually work in interrupting them if they own the initiative or the placement to do it and if the enemy owns the c*ra to use them asap.
I can see complaining about bugs and issues with the game, but if you want an interrupt to go off on a certain target, manually cast it on that target. There are way too many bugs in this game that need more attention than you not wanting to manually play the game.
If the enemy knows what he does manual interruption NEVER work.
