To be clear, currently interrupt DOES wait on skill cast in the SAME ROUND. But it does not wait beyond the start of a round.
You wish to have interrupt wait indefinitely for a skill cast, potentially never casting it in the entire 10 round of battle if for some reason the enemy never cast a mystery?
INTERRUPT Skill. TARGETS RANDOM enemy, that is the bad news!
ACTIVATION depends on the FORMATION of ur TEAM 1,2,3,4 the first for INSTANCE is ur MAIN HERO,
BREEZE DANCER.
INTERRUPT SKILLS TARGETS opponents that will cast MYSTERY skill only. SUMMON?
Skills that are IMMUNE TO INTERRUPTION, LIGHTNING , PARALYSIS are the best counter attack option.
INTERRUPT SKILLS must be activated or CAST ONCE in every match.

this happened to me in brother's farewell, my teammate use skill and I am on auto which have iruka on first spot. as my teammate casts a skill, itachi chaos him then my iruka targeted ninjutsu puppet
That is what we call the SKILL COMBO CHAIN
Figure it out for ur self how to activate mystery skill by this notion
