Is it just me or have they nerfed the rates a while ago to reduce the higher lvl runes and on top of that have they recently made it even less likely to get decent Ini runes? I spent 350+ and got 1 lvl 4 Ini and a few other lvl 4s and a couple 5s but looking at others they are also getting almost no Ini runes literally except one and then a bunch of other higher lvl ones.
