your early teem should consist of anko fo barrier, iruka (840cp, easy to obain on a new server) and a ninja that either buffs others (eg. guy) or has 10hit chase (tenten, 3* sasuke, kiba)- preferably guy though. Later on, work your way towards ninjas Icebuken mentioned, if u somehow get hashirama then use him in place of barrier ninja.
