Hi! The team instance matchmaker is server only and not cross-server. I recommend also advertising your team so players can join. You can do this by clicking "invite" in the team creation interface.

Matchmaking in ARENA queue takes FOREVER how to make MATCH UP EVEN cos the odds
are always too OP.
I find it very FRUSTRATING, the uneven REFRESH opponents takes 30 seconds yet it feels like
players are stuck in a HOLE OF UNEVEN OPPONENTS too OP for even for PROS like ME!
