At the moment I'm running with this squad: it has tone of healing with acupuncture and targeted shield, also can copy enemy ninja for better buff from first round. Kurenai provides protection from first enemy debuff which in some cases may be a game changer and additional chakra for you to use pretty nice vs Mabui, 1010, Mei build.

Talents are 3,2,2,3,2 for additional dmg from poison but if you want you can change to 3,2,2,3,4 for constant buff to Azure after getting hit. For summon you need Kirin for best combos but if you are unlucky like me you c*e Kyushoku Deer as he will be sufficient to put acu on ninjas.
