  • That is an honest mistake though and if they can see his recharge and the time and DON'T compensate him its basically like not giving him something he paid for.

i hope they still compensate him but really? if they dont compensate him its still normal, its the player mistake after all, yeah he did paid, but he make mistake by himself.... you cant blame them if they didnt compensate him... the way you said it its like, if we got discount voucher is a shop (irl not game item), and we demanded to still could use it even if its expired already..... nonsense.....
